Whole apartment: 130.000 rupees+electricity bill, negotiable.

The bedrooms and living room have new furnitures, the new mattresses have an additional memory foam layer, the kitchen has been fitted with a new fridge and cooker/oven. The A/C-s are double inverter and low energy consumption.
